Below are answers to the most common questions we receive at Cargeaux Pools—designed to help you understand the process and make an informed decision.

Before delivery of your pool our staff will discuss if your pool is going to be in ground, or above ground. From there we can walk you through how to prepare your location on your own, or we can connect you with a local contractor that can prep the area. In certain instances Cargeaux Pools may be able to manage the installation from start to finish.

Yes! Done in 3 to 5 days, installation is a breeze compared to a traditional pool. Once your area is prepped, the pool will be placed with an excavator, or crane. Once placed, we begin to fill your pool while simultaneously completing the plumbing and backfill. In most cases You’ll be swimming on installation day.

In instances where we cannot do a physical visit, a Cargeaux pool team member will conduct a thorough discussion, involving concerns and potential issues. A video conference and picture will typically provide all that is needed to proactively predict site issues such as terrain and access. Our pools are fully customizable so we would like to say no space is too difficult for our team.
